Claude St is trading name of the Trustee for the Squirrels Nest. Registered in Western Australia, under the ABN 72 894 015 449. Claude St operates on Whadjuk land, traditionally owned by the people of the Noongar nation and is located at 14 Claude Street, Burswood.

These terms and conditions govern the use of www.claudest.com and the purchase of any goods and services from it. Squirrels Nest Trust is the owner and operator of www.claudest.com trading as Claude St.

By using this website you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, disclaimers, and liability limitations. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. Claude St reserves the right to update or amend this information at any time without providing notice.

ONLINE STORE

Prices and Payment
Prices for our products are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery fees are added to the products for purchase at the checkout. Claude St reserves the right to change any prices at any time without notice. All prices are displayed clearly on the website. 

Payment is made directly through the website. If you are unable to process your payment, please contact us at hello@claudest.com.

If you have any problems with your payment or your order, please contact us hello@claudest.com.

Ordering
For Claude St to process and deliver your products, we require your name, email address and phone number. We also require the name, address and phone number of the recipient of the products.

Payment must be confirmed prior to the delivery your products. Orders must be placed prior to 12:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am on Saturdays for same day delivery. We do not deliver on Sundays. 

An email confirmation will be sent to your provided email address confirming payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, there may have been a problem with the processing of your order. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@claudest.com.

Exchanges and Refunds
If you require a refund or exchange of products please contact us at hello@claudest.com. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging and a proof of purchase receipt must be shown. Delivery costs must be covered by the customer. There is no refund or return on plants.

Delivery
Our delivery service is available Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays. Same day delivery is guaranteed when your order is placed prior to 12:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am on Saturdays. The price of delivery is calculated at the checkout. We use an independent courier for all deliveries. 100% of delivery costs go directly to the courier. Claude St does not make a profit from our delivery service.

In the case that there is no one home to receive your order, our courier will leave it in a safe place and take a photo of the products. Our courier will then notify the recipient that they have a delivery and where to find it. If there is no safe place to leave the order, our courier will return the products to Claude St. Additional fees will apply for re-delivery. Goods are not able to be picked up from Claude St.

We are unable to offer a refund if the delivery information supplied is incorrect. It is the sender’s responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery details and instructions. All attempts will be made to contact the sender to find a solution, failing this a redirection fee will be charged to the value of the cost of the delivery to the new address.

Damages
All orders are packaged with the upmost care to ensure they reach your recipient safely. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please notify us immediately at hello@claudest.com.

WORKSHOPS

Refunds and exchanges
We have a no-refunds policy if you change your mind or circumstances that are outside of our control. If you can no longer attend the workshop, 28 business days notice must be given and a credit not will be issued. If less than 28 business days are given we will attempt to resell your ticket. If the ticket is resold a credit note will be issued. Once you have notified us to resell your ticket we will attempt to resell it within 24 hours. You will be notified no later than 48 hours before the event whether your ticket was able to be resold or not. If your ticket was not resold, no credit note will be issued.

If less than 14 business days notice has been given a refund or credit note will not be issued. You may transfer your ticket to a friend, in this case we ask that you please let us know the name change no less than 72 hours prior to the event.
Tickets are not able to be sold via Facebook or any other resellers. All transfers, sales, credits, and refunds must go directly through Claude St.

If you become unwell with COVID-19 or are required to quarantine please contact us at hello@claudest.com.au with evidence of this and a credit not will be issued. In the case of a COVID-19 lockdown your workshop will be rescheduled and a credit note will be issued.

Workshop postponements or cancellations are decided by Claude St and will be rescheduled, not refunded. Claude St reserves the right to cancel workshops or make changes to the workshops at any time, in the instance that Claude St cancels a workshop, a full refund will be issued.

Photography
By booking into a workshop you are giving permission to be photographed. Photos may be used by Claude St for promotional purposes.

All workshops take place at Claude St unless stated otherwise. 

COVID-19

Our Commitment
At Claude St we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our workers as well as the well-being of our valued customers and suppliers.

As such, we seek to reassure our customers that our team have, and continue to take proactive measures to ensure we have the system and capacity to work safely, in order to provide you with the great service that we are known for.

Reflective of this commitment, Claude St has and will continue to comply with all State Government Health Directions and Policies, which does so include COVID-19 mandatory vaccinations and booster requirements for our workforce and vaccination requirements to access our workshops.

Proof of Vaccination
It is a priority of Claude St to keep our staff, creatives and patrons safe at all times. For this reason, you must sign in using the Safe WA or Service WA app or manual check-in, and provide proof of vaccination to attend a workshop at Claude St. Some guests aged over 16 may have a medical exemption which means they are not required to be double vaccinated. If you have this exemption, it will be recorded on your Australian Immunisation Register document. This document still forms part of the requirement for proof of vaccination and is required to be shown as a proof of exemption of vaccination together with the additional form of ID as per the above. Please prepare to show this to Claude St staff on arrival.

Masks are mandatory to attend our workshops, if you have an exemption for this, please be prepared to show this to Claude St staff on arrival. Our staff are practicing good hygiene, sanitising regularly and respecting social distancing where possible. We ask that you please do the same and respect your fellow workshop attendees. 

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

Your use of this site and its content does not give you any rights in relation to any designs, trademarks, copyright and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to Claude St products and any other items and images on this site.

All other third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property laws. You are only permitted to use the items as authorised in writing by Shellie Attwood. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is strictly prohibited.
