01. Workshops

A: Unfortunately our workshop tickets are non-refundable and unable to be rescheduled due to our busy calendar and even busier workshop facilitators. COVID-19 cancellation requests may be rescheduled upon consultation with our Claude St Team. Workshop tickets must be paid in full upon booking. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.

A: Yes, all attendees must be double vaccinated and show proof of vaccination on entry to our workshops. Please see our Covid-19 Info page for more information.

A: Yes, we do offer private workshops as well as space hire for functions. Visit our Private Functions page for more information and fill out our enquiry form for a tailored package to suit your function needs. 

A: Yes, you may bring your own food and drink, or we can cater for you. Please be aware our catering is limited to individual cheeseboards, cake, sparkling wine, tea & coffee.

We have glassware, cutlery, urn, water jugs and crockery available for use. Our kitchen also features a microwave and conventional oven, available for use upon request. All food and drinks must be removed upon completion of function and a cleaning fee of used glassware etc will be included in the price of the space hire. A: No you don’t have to clean up after your workshop, our team will pack up for you. 

A: We are able to reschedule a private function as long as we a minimum of two weeks notice is given. As our calendar is very busy, we cannot guarantee a specific date when rescheduling. 

A: Yes you can hire our space! We would be glad to have you! Please send through your interest via our Contacts page and our team will be in touch with more information. 

02. Products

A: If one of our products is out of stock, you may click the “Notify me when back in stock” button and we will be in touch as soon as this item becomes available. 

A: Yes, simply select your desired date for delivery when placing your online order. 

A: Unfortunately we do not offer custom orders.

A: Yes, if you wish to add a personal card message simply add this to the “Card Message” section. Please make sure you check for any spelling or grammatical mistakes and specify who the gift is from. Your message will be hand written onto a complimentary Claude St card and sent with your order. If you would like a specific greeting card such as “Happy Birthday” one can be purchased for an additional fee through the shop. 

03. Delivery

A: We deliver to the Perth metro area, for specific suburbs please see our delivery page

A: We deliver Monday to Saturday, we do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. If an order is placed on a Sunday or public holiday it will be delivered the following business day.  

A: Yes we do offer same day delivery as long as the order is placed prior to the cut-off time. For Monday to Friday the order must be placed before 12:00 pm and Saturdays before 10:00 am.

A: We use an experienced courier that will only leave your delivery if there is a safe and appropriate space to do so. If there is not a safe place to leave your delivery, our courier will bring it back to Claude St and a notification will be sent. Re-delivery is possible, however the original delivery fee will be charged again. All efforts will be made to re-deliver the same day, if this is not possible the delivery will be made the following business day. If you wish to leave specific delivery instructions please leave them in the “Order notes” section at the checkout when placing your order. 

A: Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a specific time for delivery. Delivery time requests may be left in the “Order notes” section at the checkout and we will endeavour to meet your requests. 

A: If a suburb is not listed on our delivery page it is not a suburb that we typically deliver to. You may send us an email and we can discuss with our courier possible options for you.  

A: Yes, add all desired items to your cart and checkout as normal. However, if you are ordering items for two separate delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed. 

A: Unfortunately we do not offer a pick-up option at this stage. 

A: Yes, if you wish to leave specific delivery instructions please leave them in the “Order notes” section at the checkout when placing your order.

A: Yes we do, due to COVID-19 regulations our courier will leave items with reception when delivering to hospitals. 

A: Yes, we do offer a postal service if you are outside our delivery zone, however we do not post plants, plant material or seeds. A flat rate of $15.00 delivery will be charged for posted items at the checkout. 

04. General Questions

A: No, Claude St is open by appointment only or during a workshop. If you would like to schedule a viewing or appointment please send your enquiry through our Contact Page.

A: Yes, our space is available for hire. Please visit out Private Function page for more information.

A: Visits to Nod can be arranged by contacting Nod directly through their website or instagram. Visit out Contact Page for more details.
