Our Commitment – Response to COVID-19

At Claude St we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and are committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our workers as well as the well-being of our valued customers and suppliers.

As such, we seek to reassure our customers that our team have, and continue to take proactive measures to ensure we have the system and capacity to work safely, in order to provide you with the great service that we are known for.

Reflective of this commitment, Claude St has and will continue to comply with all State Government Health Directions and Policies, which does so include COVID-19 mandatory vaccinations and booster requirements for our workforce and vaccination requirements to access our space and attend our workshops.

Proof of Vaccination Requirements

It is a requirement for all workshop attendees over the age of 16 to show proof of vaccination on entry at Claude St. If you are unvaccinated or do not have proof of vaccination, you unfortunately are not able to attend our workshops at this time.

Some guests aged over 16 may have a medical exemption which means they are not required to be double vaccinated. If you have this exemption, it will be recorded on your Australian Immunisation Register document. This document still forms part of the requirement for proof-of-vaccination and is required to be shown as a proof-of-exemption of vaccination together with the additional form of ID as per the above. Please prepare to show this to our staff on attending our workshops.

As a reminder, all attendees must check in and register their visit the same way they usually would (using the QR code and SafeWA app or ServiceWA app) and wear a mask at all times whilst inside at Claude St.

We appreciate your understanding and support.
